3. Where is my package?
After placing your order, it takes an average of 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri) to process your order and 3-5 (Mon-Fri) business days for your order to be delivered. If these periods have passed and your package has not arrived, please contact our Customer Service.
4. How can I track the progress of my order?
You can track the progress of your order with your tracking number that you received via email. Enter the tracking number on our Order Tracking page to see the status of your delivery.
5. Where can I find my track & trace code?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking code via email. Please also check your spam folder, as sometimes our emails end up there. Please note that it may take a while before the tracking link becomes active.
6. Can I change my order after it's been placed?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to make changes, please contact us immediately after placing your order. While we cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request
